    This item is a Setek by Drilltop Ultra-Thin Digital HDTV Antenna W/Amplifier, Model SE03.  This item is a customer return that looks to be new open box, the item appears to have been removed from the box and replaced.  The detachable amplifier is powered via usb, this item did not originally come with a usb wall plug but I have included one even though I forgot to include it in the photos.
